Entirely renovated from 2010-2011, Le Méridien Bora Bora offers seven types of bungalows for guests to stay in, either on the beach or over the water.
The resort has a total of 99 air-conditioned bungalows, 84 of which are suspended over the water, offering glass-bottom floors for viewing Bora Bora’s tropical marine life. The design of the resort is contemporary yet traditionally Polynesian, bringing to life a true sense of modern Tahitian spirit and soul. A drink and cold towel are provided to all guests upon arrival for an authentic “Ia Orana” to our resort.
Our Beach Bungalows and Beach Villas are located along the interior lagoon, and provide, both, privacy to our guests as well as breathtaking views of the mythical Mount Otemanu. You can choose from one of our Beach Bungalows with direct access to the beach and lagoon, one of our 1 bedroom Pool Beach villas (includes a private pool), or one of our state-of-the-art 2 bedrooms Pool Beach villas (includes a private pool).
Our Overwater bungalow experience features accommodation choices from the Overwater Bungalows Motu View, the Overwater Bungalows Lagoon View, the Premium Overwater Bungalows Otemanu View and the Premium Overwater Bungalow End of Pontoon, the ultimate luxury Bora Bora getaway. Bungalows are spacious, and are located above the magnificent crystal-clear waters of our lagoon.
Each deck is furnished with lounging chairs, and provide direct access to the lagoon. The beds are topped with large wooden canopies and are flanked by bedside tables. The TVs offer cable/satellite programming, local, french and international (CNN) channels. All bathrooms have a separate tub and shower, as well as separate toilets. The tub is located under louvered windows, which can be opened to enjoy lagoon views and tropical breeze as you take a relaxing bath.
